Point System & Packages

We offer multiple options to suit all of our customers’ needs and budgets. These options include: Points Packages, Loyalty Packages, Minute Packages, Unlimited Packages and Individual Session Pricing.

Point Packages

The Point System enables all customers who own a package the flexibility to use whatever piece of equipment they choose without ever having to pay upgrade fees.

Each piece of equipment takes various “Points per Minute”. Each session would use X amount of points. X = Points per Minute multiplied by the number of minutes in the session.

Better and stronger beds take more Points per Minute than more basic or less intense beds. However, because the beds are more intense you can normally go for fewer minutes than you would have to in a less intense bed.

Bottom line is…. you only pay for what you use. In the table below, you can see how the Price per Point decreases from $1.00 per Point at a Walk-In to $0.73 per Point for the Regular Diamond Package.

Minute Packages / Single Session Pricing

We also offer Minute Packages. The Minute Packages don’t offer as much flexibility that the Points Packages do or the eligibility for the Loyalty Pricing but if you always use the same bed level then this might be a good option for you.

The Suncapsule 220 and the Ergoline Esprit 770 both work at $2.00/minute. The Ergoline Ambition 250 and the Royal Sun 160 Stand Up both work at $1.10/minute. If you purchase either one of these packages you may use both pieces of equipment in the same level.

Upgrades to piece of equipment outside of your minute package are discounted at 40% off.

Referral Program

When an existing customer refers a new customer to Solace they receive a $2.50 credit for each person they refer. The $2.50 credit is on their account to be used towards future tanning packages and lotions. Refer new customers and keep earning points!

If you are a new customer to Solace, tell us who referred you and receive 10 bonus tanning points!

Loyalty System

Renew with any Points Package before your existing Points Package runs out and receive our Loyalty Pricing. Plus receive lotion discounts that are good for the entire duration that you have the Loyalty Package.

The purpose of this package is to show our appreciation to our loyal customers and give them a discounted rate. Compare the Savings in the Loyalty Pricing to the Regular Pricing.

Point System Examples

Example 1:

You own the Silver Package (140 points) and you use the Ergoline 770 (2.00 Points per Minute) for 6 minutes. Therefore, 12 points are used for the single session and 12 points will be deducted from your package. (2.00 ppm x 6 mins = 12 Points per Session).

Because you own the Silver Package, a single session of 6 minutes in the Ergoline 770 would cost $10.32. Points per Session (12) multiplied by the Silver Package Price per Point ($0.86). If you did the same session without a package and had the Walk-In Price per Point ($1.00) the session would have cost $10.32. That is $1.68 savings for just one session.

If you always use the Ergoline 770 and always go for 6 minutes you would get approximately 11 sessions from your Silver Package (140 points). 140 points divided by 12 Points per Session = 11.6 sessions.

However, this will most likely not be the case as you’ll want to try out the different beds/booths and the minutes of your session can/will increase after a few sessions.

Note: The number of sessions that you can get from a package will fluctuate based on what bed you use and for how long.

Example 2:

You own the Gold Package (210 points) and you use the Ergoline 500 (1.60 Points per Minute) for 7 minutes. Therefore, 11.20 points are used for the single session and 11.20 points will be deducted from your package. (1.60 ppm x 7 mins = 11.20 points)

Because you own the Gold Package, a single session of 7 minutes in the Ergoline 500 would cost $8.96. Points per Session (11.20) multiplied by the Gold Package Price per Point ($.80). If you did the same session without a package and had the Walk-In Price per Point the session would have cost $11.20. That is $2.24 savings for just one session.
